Mr. Luchetti is the founder and managing partner of Table Rock Infrastructure Partners (TRIP). TRIP is an infrastructure fund focused on making private equity investments in greenfield and brownfield public and private infrastructure projects in the United States. TRIP deals with 5 sectors including transportation, energy, social infrastructure, water & waste, and communications. TRIP specializes in water, wastewater and storm water, distributed energy resource (DER) P3 and alternative delivery applications in U.S. cities.

Mr. Luchetti’s experience includes advisory and capital raising, investment and asset management roles covering a wide range of infrastructure: acquisitions/divestitures, privatizations, greenfield development, recapitalizations, distressed asset recovery and more.

Megan Matson

PROJECT FINANCE/PRIVATE EQUITY: Most recently, Megan has been leading a privately financed cogeneration microgrid installation project at a wastewater utility in Southern California to provide clean back-up power during Public Safety Power Shut-offs, and reduce the flaring of natural gas. She has been instrumental in advancing the $138 MM Water Infrastructure Finance Innovation Act financing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of Rialto Water Services LLC.  She worked on the start up and first capital raise for the distributed intelligence microgrid model of Heila Technologies in a shared board seat. Megan was also instrumental in helping raise $172MM in buy-and-hold capital to close the nation’s first 30-year water-and-wastewater public-private partnership financing in Rialto, CA, where she continues to work closely with ULLICO, the Union Labor Life Insurance Co’s Infrastructure Fund as majority equity.

Recent initiatives

Over the past few years, Peter and Megan have joined forces with Heila Technologies on building a project portfolio of distributed intelligence microgrids, including one within the Rialto P3 utility. In the energy microgrid sector, Table Rock is currently developing a project portfolio in conjunction with Heila Technologies with over 20 microgrid projects.

JOHN MAHER

John Maher, managing principal of Maher Accountancy, provides a specialized range of CFO accounting and finance services for Table Rock’s Rialto Partnership, bridging municipal and project finance. He is a leading expert in starting and managing support for complex structured financings. Maher’s primary focus is designing and implementing processes to safeguard financial and objectives. He also provides impeccable audit and other attestation services for financial reporting, grant and other compliance requirements.

Maher began his career in 1978 with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) and lives in San Rafael, CA with his wife.

With over 40 years of experience in water, wastewater, water resource, and flood control engineering, Rolf Ohlemutz expertly manages operations and maintenance of Table Rock’s partnership, Rialto Water Services.
