Mr. Luchetti is the founder of Table Rock Infrastructure Partner’s (“TRIP”). TRIP is an infrastructure fund focused on making private equity investments in greenfield and brownfield public and private infrastructure projects in the U.S. TRIP deals with 5 sectors including transportation, energy, social infrastructure, water & waste, and communications. TRIP specializes in water, wastewater and storm water, distributed energy resource (DER) P3 and alternative delivery applications in U.S. cities.

Mr. Luchetti’s experience includes advisory and capital raising, investment and asset management roles covering a wide range of infrastructure: acquisitions/divestitures, privatizations, greenfield development, recapitalizations, distressed asset recovery and public private sector partnerships for public and private companies, quasi-governmental entities (i.e., cities, municipal utilities, regulated utilities and state owned enterprises), and strategic equity investors. From 1992 to 2008, Mr. Luchetti was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Project & Structured Finance for Banc of America Securities LLC. In this role he was responsible for a 180- person team working in 32 countries on the origination and execution of project and structured finance advisory and capital raising roles. He was responsible for a $5.5 billion (amount held post syndication) portfolio of privately placed debt and private equity transactions in the infrastructure sector. During his tenure managing the BofA portfolio he was responsible for over $600 BN in infrastructure investment around the world. The BofA portfolio included investment in Asia, the Ameirca’s, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Luchetti has extensive global project and structured finance experience with a wide range of public, private and multilateral institutions.

From 1986-1992 Mr. Luchetti was the global head of derivative trading operations for Banc of America Securities where he managed a global trading operation with a $750 BN portfolio of interest rate and credit derivatives. From 1979-1986.

Mr. Luchetti was appointed by Jerry Brown the Governor of California to the Board of Directors of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank in October 2013 and served on the board through January 2019 as the Governor’s Appointee and Vice Chair of the board. Mr. Luchetti serves on the Board of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute (“BAEI”) a non-profit public policy research organization where he has completed11 white papers on infrastructure public policy and public private sector partnerships. He played a central role in the formation of the Marin Clean Energy (“MCE”) the first Community Choice Aggregation energy enterprise in California. Mr. Luchetti is a member of the Rand Corporation Social Policy Board. He is actively involved at the federal, state and local level in forming infrastructure assets. Mr. Luchetti sits on the boards related to a number of TRIP assets including: Rialto Water Services LLC, which is a 30-year water and wastewater concession and portfolio company originated and managed by TRIP; Inland Valley Pipeline LLC where plays a similar role; Heila Technologies and Scepter Air a provider of medium and long wave infrared satellite systems designed to measure in real time global methane and aerosol emissions.
