For the last 10 years Arup has been under contract as ‘Independent Engineer’ for Rialto Water Services LLC (our operating company for the 30-year Rialto Water & Waste Water Concession. Arup also acts as engineering partner on the California Campus of the Arts (CCA) Microgrid Project.

Black & Veatch is currently advising on a $138 MM WIFIA application for Rialto Water Services, and performing preliminary engineering work on the Inland Empire Canal Project.

Table Rock was the lead seed investor in Heila Technologies, a microgrid controller and software company now owned by Kohler Co.’s Power Group. Table Rock and Heila are working together on individual projects including the California College of the Arts Microgrid and the Rialto Wastewater Plant Microgrid, and on a portfolio scale with a $250 MM DERMS fund which utilizes Heila’s system optimization and lifecycle asset management capabilities across projects.

We are in the 11th year of a 30 year concession agreement with the City of Rialto, under which we are responsible for operations & maintenance, billing, collections, customer service and capital projects for the city’s water and wastewater systems.
