Our Process

SEEDING, DEVELOPING, FINANCING AND MANAGING ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND, COMMUNITY CONTROLLED WATER & POWER PROJECTS

The inertia is breaking. Project developers, city managers and other community leaders are now actively exploring decentralized water and power infrastructure options; options that are more environmentally sound and come coupled with innovative funding and management structures that are flexible, economical, robust and future-ready.

Table Rock Infrastructure Partners embraces this wide open and rapidly evolving landscape, working as an early-stage investor in promising technologies, as the coordinating force in assembling qualified teams and partnerships, and as a steady hand in ongoing management.

Table Rock Infrastructure Partners embraces this wide open and rapidly evolving landscape, working as an early-stage investor in promising technologies, as the coordinating force in assembling qualified teams and partnerships, and as a steady hand in ongoing management.

Our partnership is rooted in a history of global project finance, community policy and project development, as well as a sophisticated and intimate understanding of the technologies now powering innovation

We seek to originate medium to large cap ($25MM to $1BN) long duration demand inelastic cash flowing infrastructure assets

Our goal is to provide institutional investors highly reliable creditworthy income streams with and an A or better credit rating.
And our preference is to manage the development process through the Progressive Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Maintain (DBFOM) elements of individual infrastructure assets, both for greenfield and brownfield rehabilitation projects, and to stay on as an active manager of assets that define our portfolio.
