Upper Santa Ana River Conservation Plan (HCP)
HCP represents 11 water agencies in the Inland Empire of California who have joined together in an environmental remediation plan that provides for a ‘One Water’ management plan for the region.
Table Rock is working with the HCP in two capacities. First, assisting HCP in completing a Water Infrastructure Finance Act (WIFIA) application aimed at securing WIFIA funding to support the development of HCP projects. Second, providing capital and development expertise that advance and fund HCP projects to completion in a timely manner.
Scale: $600-$800 MM (first five-year plan)
