Inland Empire
Canal
Table Rock has invested in a 50-mile agricultural canal network that dates back to the 1870’s, had fallen into disrepair and was largely out of service.
There is an urgent need to perfect local solutions and the Inland Empire Canal, a 26 mile historic irrigation canal property and associated water resources fits well with a regional approach.
The canal is located in California’s most rapidly urbanizing growth region. Table Rock and partner investors are developing uses including habitat mitigation and drought resilient measures. We are anticipating over $2 BN in infrastructure investment in conjunction with this asset which is located in a population center of 4.4 MM people.
